  • 100 grams Chihuahua cheese
  • 2 eggs , beaten and seasoned
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oil

  • Cut the cheese into finger-shaped pieces, one centimeter by four centimeters.
  • Dip them in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko (or breadcrumbs).
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the fingers for a few seconds, remove them, and dry with a paper towel; they are ready.
