Cheese Snack with Jam Covered in Walnuts

Incredible easy snack to share made with brie cheese drizzled with a delicious sweet and sour jam of bell pepper, dried blueberry, and a spicy touch of habanero chili. You can prepare it very quickly and fulfill any commitment. Serve it with crackers.

  • 1 cup red bell pepper, canned, cut
  • 1/2 cups cranberries, dehydrated
  • 1 Habanero chile, chopped
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Brie cheese, 200 g
  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 225 grams cookies
  • 20 grams fresh cilantro, for garnish

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the bell pepper, blueberries, habanero chili, sugar, and water. Cook until it reduces and forms a not too thick jam. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  • Serve the cheese and drizzle with the jam until perfectly covered. Add walnuts on top of the cheese.
  • Serve with crackers and garnish with cilantro leaves.
