  • 1 cup pecans, toast
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 2 cups apricot, dry
  • 4 chipotle chiles, dry
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • fresh cilantro, for decoration

  • Chop the walnut finely and place it on a plate, then coat the cream cheese completely. Set aside.
  • For the sauce, blend the apricots with the chipotle in adobo and half of the orange juice until you get a puree. Cook the previous mixture in a small pot with the remaining orange juice until it thickens. Season and cool.
  • Serve the apricot sauce as a mirror on a plate. Place the breaded cheese on top and decorate with cilantro. Serve with crackers.
