3 bananas, peeled green
1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chile powder
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, in cubes

Grate the bananas in a large bowl. Add the flour, salt, pepper, chili powder, Parmesan cheese.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined and when you take a bit, they do not separate.
Take a bit of the mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand.
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and cover it with the rest of the mixture, forming a small cylinder.
Repeat the previous step until you finish the banana mixture.
Place the bananas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the bananas until they turn golden brown.
Remove from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
