Banana and Cheese Balls

  • 3 bananas, peeled green
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chile powder
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, in cubes

  • Grate the bananas in a large bowl. Add the flour, salt, pepper, chili powder, Parmesan cheese.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well combined and when you take a bit, they do not separate.
  • Take a bit of the mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand.
  • Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and cover it with the rest of the mixture, forming a small cylinder.
  • Repeat the previous step until you finish the banana mixture.
  • Place the bananas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the bananas until they turn golden brown.
  • Remove from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
