In the food processor, add the manchego cheese, cream cheese, Reggiano parmesan, butter, and mix well until it forms a creamy paste. Set aside in a container.
Make small balls with the cheese mixture and freeze for 24 hours.
Prepare the breading by placing the egg in one container, flour in another, and panko in a third.
Preheat the oil to 180°C and maintain that temperature.
Once the balls are frozen, use the handle of a spoon to make a deep hole and fill it with Hunt's® Chipotle BBQ Sauce and close it.
Coat the balls with the breading; First in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the panko.
Fry the balls for 3 minutes and let them drain the oil.
Once drained, insert a skewer into each ball and it's ready.
