Brie Cheese Tartlets

Prepare these delicious brie cheese tartlets. They are ideal for sharing with family and friends, especially on special occasions like baby showers and birthdays. They are very easy to make and they also look super cute. Be sure to try them, your guests will love them.

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 40 grams flour
  • 1 package Brie cheese
  • 150 raspberries jam

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Sprinkle a little flour over a clean surface and roll out the puff pastry. When it is thin enough, cut the edges to make a perfect square and using a pizza cutter, cut squares large enough to cover the muffin molds.
  • Sprinkle a little flour over the muffin tin and place each square inside the molds. Roll out the dough well to cover them completely.
  • Cut the brie cheese into small cubes and place each cube inside the puff pastry. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes until the pastry is golden and crispy.
  • Place a little raspberry jam inside each tartlet and decorate with a mint leaf. You can serve it hot or cold.
