350 grams Brie cheese, Miramón® *
1/4 cups honey
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, Colavita® *
1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 cup raspberries
1 package cookies, Breton® *

Place the whole brie cheese in the oven, bake for 10 min.
Toast pistachios in a pan.
In a pan, put honey, balsamic vinegar, and rosemary, cook over medium heat. Set aside.
Plate the brie cheese, place raspberries, pumpkin seeds on top, and finally drizzle with honey.
Serve with crackers.
