Brie Cheese with Fruits and Honey

  • 1/2 cups pistachios, Nuestra Tierra® *
  • 350 grams Brie cheese, Miramón® *
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, Colavita® *
  • 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 package cookies, Breton® *

  • Place the whole brie cheese in the oven, bake for 10 min.
  • Toast pistachios in a pan.
  • In a pan, put honey, balsamic vinegar, and rosemary, cook over medium heat. Set aside.
  • Plate the brie cheese, place raspberries, pumpkin seeds on top, and finally drizzle with honey.
  • Serve with crackers.
