200 grams puff pastry
1 egg

Roll out the puff pastry to 0.5 cm thick.
Place the brie cheese in the center.
Lightly beat the egg.
Brush the puff pastry and wrap the cheese, bringing the remaining dough towards the center.
Turn the cheese over, keeping the smooth side up, and brush with egg again.
Place it on a baking tray or in an oven-safe dish and bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes or until you see the pastry starting to brown.
