1/2 cups pistachios, shelled
350 grams Brie cheese
1/4 cups honey
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 cup raspberries
1 package cookies

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Put the pistachios in a skillet and cook them until lightly toasted (10 minutes). Then place the pistachios on a plate.
Place the brie cheese on a baking tray and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes until the top is soft.
Transfer the brie cheese to a plate.
In a skillet, put the honey, vinegar, and rosemary, cook over medium heat until hot.
Add the raspberries and pistachios. Gently stir without pressing.
Put the mixture on top of the warm cheese and serve immediately.
