1 Brie cheese
200 grams puff pastry
1 egg
raspberries jam

Roll out the puff pastry to .5 cm thick.
Spread raspberry jam on one side of the cheese, flip it over, and place it on top of the puff pastry in the center.
Lightly beat the egg.
Brush the puff pastry and wrap the cheese by bringing the remaining dough towards the center.
Flip the cheese over, leaving the smooth side facing up, and brush with egg again.
Place it on a baking tray or oven-safe dish and bake at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes or until you see the pastry starting to brown.
