Prepare some delicious snacks, super easy but they look very gourmet. They are Caprese bruschettas, with mozzarella, tomato, and basil.

1 baguette, cut into slices 1 centimeter thick
250 grams Mozzarella cheese
2 red beefsteak tomatoes
8 fresh basil leaves, girls
extra virgin olive oils

Cut the bread into slices 1 centimeter thick. Heat a grill or you can also do it in an electric oven.
Spread a little olive oil on the slices of bread and bake.
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella cheese so that it matches the size of the bread. Do the same with the tomato.
Take the bread out of the oven, place a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato, and a basil leaf on top. Repeat for all slices. Serve.
