  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese well.
  • Flatten the slices of bread using a rolling pin; spread them with butter. Turn them over; spread the cream cheese mixture. Roll them up tightly. Cut them in half. Roll each one in the grated Parmesan cheese to coat them well. Place them on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake the bites for 12 to 14 minutes or until they are nicely golden brown.
