These delicious biscuits are perfect for snacking or to accompany your meals. The Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% along with the cheddar cheese gives them a rich flavor that you won't be able to resist. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, sugar, and baking powder in the mixer.
Cut the butter into cubes and add it to the mixer while continuing to mix. Mix the cheddar cheese with the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% and incorporate them into the mixture. Beat until you have a smooth and manageable dough.
Form medium balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. If you don't have parchment paper or a silicone mat, grease the baking sheet with a little vegetable oil.
Sprinkle a little more cheddar cheese on top so that when baking, a light crispy cheese crust forms. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
In a pot, melt the butter and add the grated or finely chopped garlic. Finely chop the previously washed and disinfected parsley, add it to the pot, and cook while stirring for 2 minutes.
Remove the biscuits from the oven and with a silicone or pastry brush, brush the biscuits with the butter sauce.
