  • 5 Manchego cheese, in slices
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 onions
  • fresh cilantro

  • On a grill, add oil and spread it.
  • Add the slices of manchego cheese (approx. 20 cm each).
  • Wait for it to toast on the bottom and flip it.
  • Chop the tomato, onion, and cilantro, mix with a little oil.
  • Serve the chicharrón with the pico de gallo.
