Cheese Snack with Black Grapes

  • 1 kilo purple grapes, peeled
  • 400 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1/4 kilos nut , ground
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Soften the cheese with warm milk, adding a pinch of salt and pepper. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Wrap the peeled grapes in this dough and roll them in the ground nuts.
  • Chill for two hours before serving with white wine or champagne.
