Cream Cheese Wrapped in Salmon

  • 2 packages Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • chives, chopped
  • smoked salmon
  • salt , to taste
  • white peppers, to taste

  • Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator a while before starting.
  • With a mixer, beat the cheese; once it has a creamy consistency, add the chives, salt, and white pepper just to incorporate.
  • Shape the cream cheese into a log and wrap it in ega-pak. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in another ega-pak, arrange the salmon wide and long enough to cover your log.
  • Take the cheese out of the fridge and place it on top of the salmon, centering it (without ega-pak).
  • With the help of the salmon ega-pak, wrap the cream cheese. Squeeze it well and refrigerate until serving.
