Easy Choriqueso

Choriqueso is a version of melted cheese that contains more ingredients to add more flavors. You can serve choriqueso as a snack or make tacos. This recipe is delicious if you prepare it in a clay pot on a charcoal grill.

  • Lightly brown the chorizo in a pan, add the onion and mushrooms, and let it cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add the jalapeños and cheese, let it cook until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with flour tortillas.
