4 tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cucumber, small
1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1/2 cups fresh cilantro
2 pickled Jalapeño chiles, chopped and seedless
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons basil
500 grams nachos
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Roughly chop the tomatoes and drain them well. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and finely chop it.
Mix the tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, onion, and cilantro. Refrigerate for an hour.
Mix the jalapeño peppers with the vegetables. Add the lime juice, sugar, salt, and basil.
Place the nacho chips in a baking dish and sprinkle them with cheese.
Place them in the oven until the cheese melts and serve immediately with the salsa prepared earlier.
