1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup refried black beans
2 tablespoons chipotle chile, ground
1 pinch salt
1/2 cups American cheese, for nachos
1 bunch green onion, the cut stems sliced for garnish

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Cut the potatoes into sticks and rinse with water to remove excess starch. Dry very well with paper towels.
Heat oil in a small pot over high heat and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the beans. Add the chipotle and salt.
Place the fries on a baking tray and add the beans and cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.
Serve and garnish with chopped green onion tops.
