1 kilo green seedless grapes, peeled
400 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
1/4 cups cow's milk
1/4 kilos nut , ground
salt , and pepper to taste

Soften the cheese with warm milk, adding a pinch of salt and pepper. Chill for half an hour.
Wrap the peeled grapes in this dough and roll them in the ground nuts.
Refrigerate for two hours before serving with white wine or champagne.
