Individual Nachos

If you love nachos, you will love this recipe. With this recipe, you will prepare individual nachos that you can serve to your guests, so everyone has their own plate.

  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 12 slices yellow cheese , chopped

  • 1/2 cups pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cups guacamole

  • Heat the milk in the microwave, add the yellow cheese, and reheat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each one until melted and the sauce is well mixed.
  • In individual cups, place tortilla chips.
  • In each cup, add 1 tablespoon of cheese sauce, 1 teaspoon of pico de gallo, and 1 teaspoon of guacamole.
