Lunch Pizza

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons yeast
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • water, warm
  • 1 package sausages
  • 1 package deli ham
  • 1 Mozzarella cheese
  • tomato sauces, prepared

  • Sift the flour with yeast and salt and make a well.
  • In the center of the dish, place the eggs and butter.
  • Stir and add warm water. Knead.
  • Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for half an hour.
  • Roll out in a round or square tray.
  • Add pizza tomato sauce.
  • Add ham, sausage, and cheese.
  • Let rest for 10 more minutes.
  • Bake.
