1 egg
1 tablespoon salt
5 tablespoons yeast
1 stick unsalted butter
water, warm
1 package sausages
1 package deli ham
1 Mozzarella cheese
tomato sauces, prepared
Preparation

Sift the flour with yeast and salt and make a well.
In the center of the dish, place the eggs and butter.
Stir and add warm water. Knead.
Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for half an hour.
Roll out in a round or square tray.
Add pizza tomato sauce.
Add ham, sausage, and cheese.
Let rest for 10 more minutes.
Bake.
