Manchego Cheese Snacks

You can't miss trying the delicious combination of serrano ham, manchego cheese, and roasted red bell pepper; you'll see it's a very easy recipe to prepare.

  • 1 stick french bread, cut into 1 centimeter thick slices

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet and toast the slices of bread on both sides. Do this in batches, remembering to add more oil if needed. Place them on paper towels and rub them with the garlic clove.
  • Prepare the snacks by placing a bit of bell pepper, half a slice of serrano ham, and some slices of manchego cheese on each toasted bread. Sprinkle with a little paprika and pepper.
