Mix breadcrumbs with half a teaspoon of oregano and basil along with garlic salt in another bowl, then mix 2/3 cup of flour and 1/3 cup of cornstarch.
Cut the manchego cheese into cubes and coat them in egg, then in the flour mixture, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. Fry in a pan with oil.
