In a baking dish or clay pot, place the cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and heat on low until the cheese starts to melt. Uncover and cook for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Serve hot accompanied by flour tortillas so everyone can make their own tacos. It can also be served with a Mexican spicy salsa.
