If you're too lazy to make a pizza because you don't want to make the dough, prepare this Mexican Style Margarita Pizza recipe that substitutes the bread with a tortilla.

1 flour tortillas
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tomato , sliced, seedless
black pepper
4 fresh basil leaves

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the tortilla in a baking dish; brush it with oil. Add all the remaining ingredients except the basil.
Bake the tortilla for 8 to 10 minutes or until it is crispy and the cheese melts.
Arrange the basil leaves for decoration.
