Mexican Style Margarita Pizza

If you're too lazy to make a pizza because you don't want to make the dough, prepare this Mexican Style Margarita Pizza recipe that substitutes the bread with a tortilla.

  • 1 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tomato , sliced, seedless
  • black pepper
  • 4 fresh basil leaves

  • Place the tortilla in a baking dish; brush it with oil. Add all the remaining ingredients except the basil.
  • Bake the tortilla for 8 to 10 minutes or until it is crispy and the cheese melts.
