Nachos Pizza

Pizza is always a delicious dish for any gathering, that's why we present this tasty recipe for Nachos pizza, prepared with a creamy garlic and Parmesan sauce, served with pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers, topped with melted mozzarella and cheddar cheese. This fusion is incredible.

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon chile flakes
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bag Tostitos® nachos
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/4 white onions, sliced
  • 1 cup pepperoni, small
  • 1/4 cups black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cups bell pepper, colorful strips
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with butter and olive oil, fry the garlic and add the cream, milk, chili flakes, and Parmesan cheese, cook for 5 minutes until the cheese melts and you achieve a thick consistency. Set aside
  • Place a layer of Tostitos® Nachos in your dish, add a bit of tomato sauce, garlic and Parmesan dressing, and onion, place the pepperoni, black olives, and bell peppers, cover with mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, repeat to make another layer.
  • Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts, remove from the oven and serve.
