Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Let it rest for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the oil.
Sift the flour onto a flat surface, make a well in the middle, add the salt, and pour the milk with yeast and oil into the center, mixing as you go.
If necessary, add a little more flour to have a sticky dough. Knead it for 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rest until it doubles in size.
After this time, divide the dough into 2 and place it on 2 pizza trays, flattening it with your fingers or a rolling pin, leaving a higher edge around. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cook the onions with the oil and place them on the pizzas. Slice the tomatoes thinly and place them on top of the onions, adding salt and pepper.
Arrange the cheese slices on the pizzas, place the halved olives and fillets of anchovies. Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and serve immediately.
