  • 2 white onions, large
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, in slices
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • Cut the onion into medium-thick rings.
  • Place two onion rings in such a way that one fits inside the other. Set aside.
