Delicious parmesan cheese sticks to accompany any dish. Serve them in a bread basket or in a tall glass for a more gourmet look.

450 grams flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 cups water, warm
4 grams yeast, for savory bread or enhancer
85 grams unsalted butter , melted
10 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tablespoons baking powder

Mix all the ingredients with a mixer for 10 minutes or by hand on the table.
Set aside in a bowl at room temperature covered with plastic for 1 hour until it increases in size.
Divide the mixture by hand and shape it into sticks.
Bake at 180-200 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
