Parmesan Cheese Sticks

Delicious parmesan cheese sticks to accompany any dish. Serve them in a bread basket or in a tall glass for a more gourmet look.

  • 450 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups water, warm
  • 4 grams yeast, for savory bread or enhancer
  • 85 grams unsalted butter , melted
  • 10 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

  • Mix all the ingredients with a mixer for 10 minutes or by hand on the table.
  • Set aside in a bowl at room temperature covered with plastic for 1 hour until it increases in size.
  • Divide the mixture by hand and shape it into sticks.
  • Bake at 180-200 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
