  • For the sauce: Boil the tomatoes until you notice they are soft.
  • Peel and remove the seeds from each one. Dice the rest into small cubes.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil. Add oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Keep heating over medium heat until the tomato turns darker, and when it starts to bubble, remove from heat.
  • For the dough: Mix in a deep bowl the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and oil.
  • Knead until you achieve a homogeneous mixture, forming a ball. Let it rest covered for about 30 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
  • Grease a muffin tin with a little olive oil. Place a little dough in each one, covering the sides of the mold.
  • Add a little of the sauce to each one. Make sure it only covers 1/3 of the mold.
  • Slice the salami, pepperoni, or the ingredient you have chosen into slices or cubes, depending on the thickness of the product.
  • Place a little mozzarella cheese and cubes of pepperoni in each mold.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C. Check from time to time to ensure it doesn’t burn. You can add a little more shredded cheese to each one and gratin for 5 more minutes.
  • Make cute bunny shapes to give it a cuter touch. To do this, just cut a cherry tomato in half and make a cut on top. With the remaining half of the tomato, make a V cut. These will be the ears; insert them into the first cut you made, referencing the image.
  • Decorate your plate with a little chopped parsley.
