Pizza with olives

  • 100 grams all-purpose wheat flour
  • 2.5 grams dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 21 grams tomato paste
  • 10 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cloves ground garlic
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper powder
  • 1 pinch basil
  • 1 pinch dry rosemary
  • 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/2 cups green olives

  • Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center
  • Add the yeast, sugar, salt, and 50 milliliters of warm water into the hole
  • Mix all the ingredients until a dough forms
  • Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and place the dough there
  • Add the oil and knead until smooth
  • Grab another bowl, sprinkle a little flour, and place the dough inside the bowl
  • Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place
  • Place it back on a flat surface and roll it out with a rolling pin
  • Shape the dough and place it on a tray
  • For the sauce, combine the tomato paste, 40 milliliters of water, oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and the spices.
  • Once the dough is ready, add the sauce and spread it all over the dough, then top the sauce with cheese.
  • Add the olives
  • Put the pizza in the oven for 14 minutes
