100 grams all-purpose wheat flour
2.5 grams dry yeast
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch table salt
21 grams tomato paste
10 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cloves ground garlic
1 pinch table salt
1 pinch black pepper powder
1 pinch basil
1 pinch dry rosemary
1/2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cups green olives

Put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center
Add the yeast, sugar, salt, and 50 milliliters of warm water into the hole
Mix all the ingredients until a dough forms
Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and place the dough there
Add the oil and knead until smooth
Grab another bowl, sprinkle a little flour, and place the dough inside the bowl
Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place
Place it back on a flat surface and roll it out with a rolling pin
Shape the dough and place it on a tray
For the sauce, combine the tomato paste, 40 milliliters of water, oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and the spices.
Once the dough is ready, add the sauce and spread it all over the dough, then top the sauce with cheese.
Add the olives
Put the pizza in the oven for 14 minutes
