  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups N/A Crema alpura®
  • 2 cups Poblano chile strips
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt

  • vegetable oil
  • 2 cups skirt steak, in thin strips

  • 1 cup American cheese
  • 1 cup Poblano chile strips
  • pico de gallo, for accompaniment
  • N/A Crema alpura®, for decoration
  • cilantro leaves, for decoration

  • Blend the cream cheese, Crema Alpura®, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Season the flank steak with salt and pepper and grill over medium heat with a little oil. Set aside.
  • Place the tortilla chips on a baking sheet, drizzle with the poblano pepper sauce, yellow cheese, and strips of poblano pepper. Decorate with Crema Alpura®, cilantro leaves, jalapeños, and pico de gallo.
