1 bell pepper , cut into cubes
1 serrano chile, finely chopped
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cups Kellogg's® ancient grains granola: quinoa, amaranth, and apple
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
In a bowl, mash the potatoes and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Place in a greased and floured cupcake tray and bake for 20 minutes or until they take on color.
