Puff Pastry Jalapeño Poppers

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon, chopped and fried
  • 1/4 cups cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups onion powder
  • salt

  • 10 Jalapeño chiles, cut in half
  • puff pastry
  • egg, for brushing
  • black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cups McCormick® mustard, original
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped

  • Prepare a mixture with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, cornstarch, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff the jalapeño peppers with the mixture and cover with puff pastry. Brush with egg and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake the jalapeños at 180 °C for 15 minutes. Set aside.
  • Make a dip with McCormick® Original Mustard, sour cream, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve the poppers with the dip.
