Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese Nachos

Crispy and hearty nacho snack with shrimp. For all those who like to vary classic recipes and give them a much more special touch. You can't imagine the incredible combination of cheese and shrimp.

  • 4 tablespoons Italian dressing, or ranch
  • 600 grams medium-sized shrimp, cooked and cleaned
  • pepper
  • tortilla chips , or fried triangular tortillas
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • pickled Jalapeño chiles, nacho type

  • In a deep pot over high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of dressing, and season with pepper. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Coat them well with the dressing.
  • Add the shredded cheese and stir to prevent the mixture from sticking. If necessary, pour in a splash of milk. Cook over low heat.
  • If you don't have tortilla chips, cut the tortillas into triangles and fry or bake them until crispy.
  • Arrange the cheese mixture in a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
