1 cup flour
1 cup water, fry
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup shrimp, cleaned and cooked
1 egg white
1/2 onions, julienned
serrano chiles, chopped

The flour is blended with water and salt and left to rest for two hours.
The egg white is beaten to stiff peaks and combined with the rested flour, then mixed with the onion and chilies.
The shrimp are added to the preparation and fried in hot oil until golden. They are drained well and served hot.
