Strawberry Bruschetta with Balsamic

  • 1 baguette, in thick slices
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fine herbs
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 200 grams extra secial® goat cheese package with ash
  • 1 cup strawberries, slice
  • black pepper
  • basil, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Brush both sides of the baguette slices with the melted butter and sprinkle a bit of fine herbs.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden. Set aside.
  • For the reduction, in a small pot over medium heat, cook the vinegar with the honey, rosemary, and garlic, until it reduces by half and has a semi-thick consistency. Cool and set aside.
  • Spread each piece of bread with a bit of goat cheese. Arrange the strawberries, add a touch of black pepper, drizzle with the vinegar reduction, and garnish with basil. Buy HERE
