  • Put the onion with salt and herbs in a pot over heat, add enough water to cover the onion, and let it cook until it is tender yet firm.
  • For the filling, mix the ingredients you will put inside the onion and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at medium temperature, until it is soft and begins to brown.
