1 onion, large
1 leaf bay
leaves thyme, to taste
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 sausages, for the filling
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, for the filling
1/3 cups button mushrooms, finely chopped, for the filling

Put the onion with salt and herbs in a pot over heat, add enough water to cover the onion, and let it cook until it is tender yet firm.
For the filling, mix the ingredients you will put inside the onion and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 40 minutes at medium temperature, until it is soft and begins to brown.
