An excellent recipe to share because it is so easy and quick. It only takes 20 minutes to prepare and has a fresh combination of basil with mozzarella cheese and tomato.
12 phyllo dough, or a store-bought one for spring rolls

Place the cheese slices on a plate, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with basil. Mix everything and let marinate for 1 hour in a cool place.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Place some basil on each sheet of dough and distribute the drained mozzarella cheese and tomato slices. Roll the sheets to form spring rolls. Lightly brush them with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
