With these delicious tomato bruschettas with cheese, you will impress your guests. Prepare them and serve immediately so that the cheese is melted.

1 baguette, cut into 1-centimeter thick slices
250 grams Mozzarella cheese
2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
8 fresh basil leaves, small
pesto
olive oil

Cut the bread into 1-centimeter thick slices. Heat a grill or you can also do it in an electric oven.
Spread a little olive oil on the slices of bread.
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella cheese into pieces that are the same size as the bread.
Place a slice of cheese and slices of tomato. Repeat for all slices. Bake until the cheese melts.
Remove from the oven and garnish with a little pesto.
