Tomato Bruschetta with Cheese

  • 250 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, small

  • Cut the bread into 1-centimeter thick slices. Heat a grill or you can also do it in an electric oven.
  • Spread a little olive oil on the slices of bread.
  • Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella cheese into pieces that are the same size as the bread.
  • Place a slice of cheese and slices of tomato. Repeat for all slices. Bake until the cheese melts.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with a little pesto.
