Tuna, Tomato, and Avocado Quesadillas

  • 5 flour tortillas
  • 500 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red beefsteak tomato
  • 1 can canned tuna in water
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt , to taste
  • salsas, to taste

  • Cut the avocado in half, then cut the halves into not too thick cubes.
  • Cut the round tomato into small cubes.
  • Put the avocado, tomato, and tuna in water in a deep plate.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and salt to taste.
  • Prepare a griddle to heat the flour tortillas over medium heat.
  • Place the tortilla and let it heat for 30 seconds.
  • Add Oaxaca cheese on top of the tortilla and fold the tortilla in half.
  • Leave to heat until the cheese is melted.
  • Repeat the step for the remaining 4 tortillas.
  • Once done, wait 1 minute and open the quesadillas.
  • Add the mixture of tuna, tomato, and avocado inside the quesadilla.
  • Add sauce to taste.
