5 flour tortillas
500 grams Oaxaca cheese
1 avocado
1 red beefsteak tomato
1 can canned tuna in water
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt , to taste

Cut the avocado in half, then cut the halves into not too thick cubes.
Cut the round tomato into small cubes.
Put the avocado, tomato, and tuna in water in a deep plate.
Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Prepare a griddle to heat the flour tortillas over medium heat.
Place the tortilla and let it heat for 30 seconds.
Add Oaxaca cheese on top of the tortilla and fold the tortilla in half.
Leave to heat until the cheese is melted.
Repeat the step for the remaining 4 tortillas.
Once done, wait 1 minute and open the quesadillas.
Add the mixture of tuna, tomato, and avocado inside the quesadilla.
Add sauce to taste.
