  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 2 slices panela cheese
  • 4 tablespoons canned refried black beans
  • 2 slices avocado
  • 2 slices tomato
  • lettuce, to taste

  • Warm the flour tortillas. Place a slice of panela cheese and two tablespoons of beans. Add avocado, tomato, and lettuce to taste.
  • Roll it up so the cheese doesn't spill out when it melts. Place it back on the skillet.
  • Make sure to turn it so it doesn't burn, enjoy with a natural juice.
