2 flour tortillas
2 slices panela cheese
4 tablespoons canned refried black beans
2 slices avocado
2 slices tomato
lettuce, to taste

Warm the flour tortillas. Place a slice of panela cheese and two tablespoons of beans. Add avocado, tomato, and lettuce to taste.
Roll it up so the cheese doesn't spill out when it melts. Place it back on the skillet.
Make sure to turn it so it doesn't burn, enjoy with a natural juice.
