Try these cheese sticks with red bell pepper, they are a delight and perfect for snacking. Plus, they will adorn your table and the Christmas decoration will be amazing.
1/2 cups bell pepper , canned, chopped and drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup peas
1 jicama, small, cut into medium sticks
25 wholegrain crackers

Pulse the first 5 ingredients in the food processor until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Form a stick with the cottage cheese mixture by spooning it onto a tray. Smooth it out with a knife or spatula. Decorate it with the strips of bell pepper to make it look like a candy stick.
Serve it with the remaining strips of bell pepper, peas, jicama, and crackers.
