Cheese Sticks with Panko and Oregano

  • 2 cups panko
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 400 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams bell pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Mix the panko with the oregano.
  • Dip the mozzarella sticks in the egg and coat them in the panko, then freeze for one hour.
  • Heat the oil over medium heat and add the sticks; fry for 2 minutes and remove.
