2 tablespoons dried oregano
400 grams Mozzarella cheese
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
190 grams cream cheese
100 grams bell pepper
1 cup sour cream

Mix the panko with the oregano.
Dip the mozzarella sticks in the egg and coat them in the panko, then freeze for one hour.
Heat the oil over medium heat and add the sticks; fry for 2 minutes and remove.
