BBQ, Parmesan, and Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • 15 chicken wings, Clean and cut in half.
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon pimentón
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon piquín chile, powder
  • 1/4 tablespoons pimentón, spicy
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • Cook the wings in a pot over medium heat with water, garlic, and onion for 20 minutes. Remove from the water and set aside.
  • Mix the oil and butter in a bowl and coat the wings with this mixture. Spread the wings on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Add all the BBQ ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes until you get a thick mixture. Set aside and cool.
  • For the Parmesan wings, mix the garlic powder with the Parmesan cheese and set aside.
  • For the buffalo sauce, add all the ingredients to a medium saucepan, mix well, and let it thicken for 10 minutes. Set aside and cool.
  • Remove the wings from the tray, divide them into 3 parts, and coat them with the respective flavors, serve and enjoy.
