  • 400 grams chicken breast
  • 100 grams flour
  • 200 grams ground bread
  • 2 eggs
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 milliliters vegetable oil
  • hot sauce
  • BBQ sauce

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste, then cut it into short strips approximately 2 cm long.
  • Place a pot on the stove with oil to heat it up.
  • Beat the two eggs.
  • Put the flour, beaten eggs, and breading in separate containers where the chicken strips can be dipped.
  • Dip the seasoned chicken strips in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breading.
  • Then, place them in hot oil and fry for about 10 minutes or less.
  • While the chicken strips are frying, you can prepare the sauce by mixing hot sauce with BBQ sauce to taste.
  • Once the chicken is done frying, let it drain and remove excess grease, then serve and drizzle with the sauce.
