400 grams chicken breast
100 grams flour
200 grams ground bread
2 eggs

500 milliliters vegetable oil
hot sauce
BBQ sauce
Preparation

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste, then cut it into short strips approximately 2 cm long.
Place a pot on the stove with oil to heat it up.
Beat the two eggs.
Put the flour, beaten eggs, and breading in separate containers where the chicken strips can be dipped.
Dip the seasoned chicken strips in flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breading.
Then, place them in hot oil and fry for about 10 minutes or less.
While the chicken strips are frying, you can prepare the sauce by mixing hot sauce with BBQ sauce to taste.
Once the chicken is done frying, let it drain and remove excess grease, then serve and drizzle with the sauce.
