Prepare a steamer and place the chicken pieces inside, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from the steamer and let cool in the refrigerator on paper towels.
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes. Flip the wings and cook for an additional 20 to 30 minutes, until cooked through and the skin is golden brown.
Meanwhile, melt the butter with the garlic.
Coat the wings with this mixture and the hot sauce.
For the dressing
Mix all the ingredients and season with salt to taste.
