  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 teaspoon parsley , chopped
  • 2 teaspoons scallion, the tails, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • In a food processor, mix all the ingredients until well ground to form a paste.
  • Line a 3-cup capacity mold with cling film, pour in the mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 24 hours and serve decorated with parsley, accompanied by crackers.
