  • 1 package cheese, American Singles® slices
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 500 grams chicken breast, in cubes
  • 2 eggs, battered
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cups sesame seeds
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups vegetable oil, for frying

  • BLEND the dip ingredients, heat until well combined, and set aside.
  • SEASON the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • MIX the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds.
  • COAT the cubes in flour, egg, and finally in the breadcrumb and sesame mixture.
  • FRY each breaded cube.
  • INSERT the breaded cubes onto skewers.
